Accessible Rooms

The hotel has the following “Hearing Accessible” room types which come equipped with visual alarms and visual notification devices for the deaf or hard of hearing:

• Premier King
• Premier King with View
• Premier Two Queens
• Premier Two Queens with View

The hotel also offers a wide variety of “Mobility Accessible” guest rooms which have special accessibility features for guests with mobility disabilities. Such rooms come with features such as:

• Roll-in shower or tub with grab bars (specific bathing fixture type is indicated for each room)
• Handheld shower head fixture
• Toilet with side and rear grab bars
• Doorways provide 32” clear width
• Lever door hardware
• Light switches are no higher than 48” above floor
• Thermostat controls are no higher than 48” above floor
• Drapery controls are no higher than 48” with loop ends
• At least one closet rod no higher than 48” above floor
• Sink lever hardware
• Sink top is 27”-34” above floor
• Clear space under sink is at least 27” high at 8” from the front edge and at least 17” from front edge for 9” above floor
• Pipes underneath sink are insulated
• 36” wide route down middle of beds (in rooms with two beds)
• 36” wide route to both sides of bed (in room with one bed)

“Mobility Accessible” guestrooms are offered in the following room types:

• Premier King, Tub
• Premier King with View, Tub
• Premier Two Queens with View, Roll-in Shower

The hotel also offers a “Mobility/Hearing Accessible” Premier King with View, Tub guest room which has the above-listed accessibility features for guests with mobility disabilities as well as visual alarms and visual notification devices for the deaf or hard of hearing The Mobility/Hearing Accessible Premier King with View room has a tub with grab bars.
