The hotel also offers a wide variety of “Mobility Accessible” guest rooms which have special accessibility features for guests with mobility disabilities. Such rooms come with features such as:

  • Roll-in shower or tub with grab bars (specific bathing fixture type is indicated for each room)

  • Toilet with side and rear grab bars
  • Doorways provide 32” clear width
  • Lever door hardware
  • Light switches are no higher than 48” above floor
  • Thermostat controls are no higher than 48” above floor
  • Drapery controls are no higher than 48” with loop ends
  • At least one closet rod no higher than 48” above floor
  • Sink lever hardware
  • Sink top is 27”-34” above floor
  • Clear space under sink is at least 27” high at 8” from the front edge and at least 17” from front edge for 9” above floor
  • Pipes underneath sink are insulated
  • 36” wide route down middle of beds (in rooms with two beds)
  • 36” wide route to both sides of bed (in room with one bed)
